The Rifle Volunteer has been transformed all areas of the pub recently and has decorated throughout, as well as creating excellent external drinking areas.

The traditional pub has just about something for everyone – a bar and lounge, 6 letting bedrooms, a beer garden and terrace and even a petanque piste. They have a good selection of drinks and fresh stone baked Barrel & Stone pizzas.

There are lots of pub sports going on every week at The Rifle Volunteer – something for everyone. They have teams for Darts, Dominoes, Cribbage and Pool. There is also a Petanque team during the summer months. Everyone is welcome to come down and join in the fun – just pop in and introduce yourself if you haven’t been before. There is also a car park if you are driving to it.
