Hawkers Bar and Brasserie, DoubleTree, Hilton – Kingston
Hawkers Bar & Brasserie is influenced by the pioneering spirit of Harry Hawker, the chief test pilot for Sopwith who was involved in the design of their many aircrafts and aviation innovations which became famous during World War I.
In tribute to the legacy of this local character of Kingston upon Thames, Hawkers Bar and Brasserie is one of the newest and best established all-day dining restaurants in Kingston. Hawkers source the best produce for all of their menus; including Barrel & Stone stone baked pizzas and piadina, and combine it with a wide range of artisanal beers, some brewed under a mile from their location or hand crafted spirits including gin from the Surrey Hills.
Visitors to Hawkers can enjoy quality service and relax at the daily Prosecco Brunch or enjoy a cocktail after a busy day at work or for a special occasion.
