Established in 1896, Farnham Golf Club (The Sands) is situated in the heart of the Surrey countryside, between Farnham and Guildford, offering some of the most peaceful and tranquil surroundings the county has to offer. With an exciting layout over sandy geology, stunning woodlands and a smooth blend of acid grasslands and heather, Farnham is a true Surrey classic.

The Clubhouse which overlooks the 1st and 18th holes, is a great place to meet after your round or you can use the Spikes Bar between your practice and starting out on your round. The lounge bar is open daily and first-class service is delivered by our dedicated catering team offering a wide range of food options, wines, beers and spirits, which also includes the authentic Barrel & Stone pizzas.

Located at the far end of the Clubhouse is the dining room, used for Sunday lunches, Match meals, and Evening dinners. The dining room can be reserved for members private functions.

The Sands Bar provides an ideal place to relax and chat over your round. We have a fully licensed bar and restaurant and our menu caters for all tastes.

In the summer months many an hour can be passed on the Clubhouse patio overlooking the 1st tee and 18th green watching other golfers teeing off or putting out.
